How can I change an internet image to 300 DPI?

The person who owns the copyright on the image probably put it there as a small file to keep it from being pirated. Contact the photographer and ask permission to use it. If they let you use it they can send you a file at a higher resolutionHow can I change an internet image to 300 DPI?
You can't, unless it's already at least 300 dpi to begin with.

Wait, actually there is a way, but it involves making the image very tiny.

People put up low-res images to protect their intellectual property. They don't want people stealing their images. I'm sure they own high-res images. If you want to pay them for one, I'm sure they'll negotiate with you.How can I change an internet image to 300 DPI?
you need to contact the IMF (impossible manipulation force)

or bring it up on your screen and shoot it with a holga then it will be an acceptable lomo picture

i(I)nternet image doesnt mean anything i can send images over the net at any resolution if you mean a 72ppi or 96ppi image it cant be done to produce a quality pic
It can be done, but probably not in the way you're hoping. By internet image, I'm supposing you mean a low-resolution (72dpi) jpeg file. If you have Adobe Photoshop, you can change the resolution, which will make it a bigger file, but not much clearer. other than that, there is almost no way. The images are small on the internet for a reason - quick loading and no stealing.
