How do you change the jpeg quality to 12 and dpi to 300 on paint shop pro?

need to do it so that invitations aren't blurry when printedHow do you change the jpeg quality to 12 and dpi to 300 on paint shop pro?
Yes, you do need those for good prints. First, you should create the invitations with the resolution at 300 from the start. Please remember this for next time. For now, Image%26gt;Resize. In the dialog that opens, in the bottom section, be sure that the three at the bottom starting with Maintain Original Print Size are checked. It is very important that Resample Using is UNCHECKED. Up in the top section of the dialog change the Resolution to 300 and make sure the units are Pixels per inch. Check the Width and Height in the Print Size section to make sure they're what you need. Click OK.

Next, File%26gt;Export%26gt;JPG Optimizer. There are a bunch of tabs along the top. In the Quality tab, change the compression to 12. Don't worry about the Chroma Subsampling (or any of the other tabs). Click OK and print your invitations.
