I hate widescreen window vista, how do i change it to the normal screen>?

Okay.. well i recently reformat my computer.. and tried everything to change my screen from widescreen to a normal screen BUT it never works... is there any certain cd u have to download for me to have a normal screen??? i hate that everything is so stretch out... and also the pictures.. cant view the normal ones when its not stretch or wide... i tried personalizing it.. EVERYTHING i tried.. but never works!!! PLS HELP!!! i tried adjusting dont size DPI = DOESNT WORK. i tried, display setting changing it to 1024 by 768 pixels. Your resolution is probably wrong. If you have a widescreen display and you have a 4:3 resolution, then everything will be stretched. If its all set correctly then it won't stretch.



Most likely you need to get the drivers from either nvidia.com or ati.com depending on your graphics chip. Then you should max out your resolution, and hopefully the issue will be resolvedI hate widescreen window vista, how do i change it to the normal screen%26gt;?
well, the only one's to make it normal is choosing these settings



1280 X 1024

1152 X 864

1024 X 768

and

800 X 600



if you have a wide screen monitor yourself, a good size could be

1440 X 900
i hate vista also...really hacked me off that it can not remember your e mail address's more than 3 days.....they tell me it is a glitch and that i need someone to come out and install a fix $$$
