Open your image. Go to edit%26gt;resize. This will open a dialogue box. Halfway down you will see 'print size'. The third option is 'resolution' Type '300' in the box.How do I change the DPI of a digital pic using Corel Paint Shop Pro? from 72dpi to 300dpi...?
I dont know much about this thing but still i edit my photos with this easy programme ,google picasa(can download free here http://angle-mine.blogspot.com ).There are too many options available for effects.
u can select the part of the photo to b in focus as u want,and the remaining will b blurred.And if u need to build a free website of ur edited art,this quality software from google has that inbuilt system too.
