How can one easily change DPI settings in WIndows 7 ?

Unfortunately, my web design program (Dreamweaver cs4) works only with a 96 DPI screen resolution. However this makes the rest of the screen have very small letters (e.g. when web browsing). Is there a easy way for me to change DPI settings quickly without resorting to going to control panel/display settings each time ? Your help will be much appreciated. Thank you.How can one easily change DPI settings in WIndows 7 ?
Well when you create a new picture you can choose the DPI to use. or do you mean going into the display settings and

XP:

Right click on desktop and click on properties, Click on the Settings tab, Click on Advanced, Change the DPI setting to Normal size (96 DPI).

Vista:

Click on Control Panel, Now type Adjust font size in the search box. It will take you directly to the link for the DPI Scaling Utility.

7:

Right click on desktop and click on Personalize, Towards the bottom left corner, click on the Display link, Click on the Make text and other items larger or smaller link.

Smaller - 100% = 96 DPI (Pixels/Dots Per Inch)

Medium - 125% = 120 DPI (Pixels/Dots Per Inch)

Larger - 150% = 144 DPI (Pixels/Dots Per Inch)
