How to change resolution in Photoshop?

I am trying to take my high-resolution images and convert them to a low-resolution to put on a cd. The images should be large enough to post on facebook, myspace, etc. But small enough to not be able to be used for printing purposes. To do this would I change DPI, Height and Width, or Both?? Or is there a better way. Thanks! How to change resolution in Photoshop?
Yeah just set up a basic action called 'Save for web'. Have an image open and then start recording your action, go Image%26gt;Image Size and change your resolution to 72 ppi but make sure that Resample Image is on. You can also change the width/height at that point depending on how large your raw images are. Click ok, save, close. Stop recording your action.

File%26gt;Automate%26gt;Batch Click choose and browse for the folder of images. Click ok and watch em fly.How to change resolution in Photoshop?
Actually Lightroom has what you need.

It converts all your images in a set to web ready images with or without your copyright notice.

In Photoshop you can write some actions, one for vertical shots and one for horizontal shots.
