I have dual screens and one is much bigger than other is it possible to change DPI in just one of them?

Yes, it is. When you have two displays, and Windows is detecting them both, you will see two monitors in your display settings dialogue (right click on the desktop and choose ';properties';, then click on the ';Display'; tab. One monitor is labeled ';1'; and the other is labeled ';2.'; Click on the display you want to adjust, and you can change only the settings for that display independently of the other.
